Finally! A calendar for Jewish kids.
This beautiful, three-layer perpetual calendar is a perfect for your home or classroom. The top layer takes you on a walk through the Gregorian calendar months seasonal imagery. The second layer features the Hebrew months in English and Hebrew, with a beautiful image to represent a holiday that occurs in each month, or in the absence of a holiday you'll find an image depicting an historical event. The bottom layer tracks the days of the week, each with a picture to remind you of an important Jewish value.
This calendar will bring a bit of whimsy and beauty to any home or office. Small children love using this beautiful piece of art to learn about the Hebrew months and Jewish holidays. You receive an unlimited personal use license when you purchase this calendar--print one for yourself or for a friend. These make beautiful gifts and play date activities, as well!
***Please note: I am a reform Jew, and this has informed the entire creation of this calendar. I wrote this booklet in collaboration with my sister, Rabbi Allie Fischman.
